this food is good and balanced, as stated, but it does need to be moistened correctly to prevent impaction.
I would also recommend that this be PART of a well balanced diet, not as a sole diet.
well balanced includes:
1.SILKWORMS (these worms actually HELP beardies absorb calcium!!)
2.properly sized crickets
3.greens high in nutrients, low in the binding oxelates(sp). examples: dandilion greens, collard greens, mustard greens...
and probably most important is to NOT feed mealworms to your dragons, as they cannot digest the shells, and this can also cause impaction.
